7-Day Return Policy
At Sigma Nova, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. Our return window is valid for 7 DAYS from the date of delivery for eligible products.
1. Eligibility Requirements
- ✔ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- ✔ Original Sigma Nova tags and packaging should remain intact.
- ✔ Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video for claims related to damages or missing items.
Most Sigma Nova products are prepared using a made-to-order production workflow with premium DTF printing and heavyweight fabric finishing.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours. Eligible cases may qualify for replacement, exchange, or refund after verification of the provided proof.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events.
- Customized Apparel: Products with personalized names, numbers, or custom print requests.
- Personal accessories and innerwear products.

5. Refund Process & Fees
Restocking Fees: Sigma Nova does not charge restocking fees for eligible approved returns.
Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges paid during checkout are generally non-refundable.
